Mutual fund company Vanguard Group has implemented an enterprise data management platform using BMC Software’s Log Master for DB2. The platform streamlines the firm’s complex data environment into a single repository. The data relates to shareholder accounts, and was previously stored in multiple database, files, tapes and platforms.
