Tremblant Capital Selects LiquidityBook

Tremblant Capital has selected LiquidityBook’s SaaS based LBX Buy Side as its portfolio, order and execution management system, with LBX Connect integrated as its FIX routing network.

Tremblant is using LBX Buy Side to support its multi-asset trading workflow. It replaces an existing system that was implemented 16 years ago soon after Tremblant’s inception. The company is using LiquidityBook’s proprietary FIX network to access its 75+ brokers and reduce third-party connectivity costs.

Jim Eckert, Tremblant’s chief operating officer, says: “We looked at many solutions and ultimately felt LiquidityBook met our current and anticipated future needs the best, for a few reasons. First, its economic model was very attractive to us, and the cost savings have been significant for Tremblant. Second, the level of service and flexibility the LiquidityBook platform offers were points of differentiation.”
