The Story Behind the Launch of A-Team Insight

Subscribe to our newsletter

As many of you may know, here at A-Team Group we have been tracking the financial technology industry in capital markets for close to 20 years – and many of us started in the sector well before that. We have now poured these decades-worth of experience,  information, industry context and analysis into the launch of this new A-Team Insight (ATI) website, in order to deliver insightful content to you and to our wide network of industry friends and supporters.

The aim of this website is to bring together all of our content across Trading Technology, Data Management, and now RegTech in a single, easily navigable content platform for our 30,000+ members. With the very latest news, exclusive insights and in-depth analysis from across the industry, the site is designed to act as your constant companion as you progress in your career.

And it has truly been a labour of love!

A year ago, the original idea was to develop a quick-hit launch of a simple new website to showcase our growing archive of RegTech content. That concept quickly evolved into a much grander vision, however, as we began to recognise the wider benefits of bringing everything together under a single unifying A-Team Insight brand.

It has been an unexpectedly painstaking journey to pull it all together, to recategorise our extensive archive of content to make it relevant to today’s industry challenges, to endlessly reconfigure the display and functionality to make it as intuitive and compelling as we possibly could, to adapt all our processes and forms to fit with GDPR, and to wrestle with the back end of managing how all the forms and workflows work in order to deliver ongoing value to our members. I could go on, but don’t worry, I won’t!

I just hope that you agree with our belief that this new platform delivers the greatest value to you as you continue to navigate the political, operational and technological jungle that is the business of financial technology!

We want to hear from you! What do you think of the new platform? What are you particularly enjoying? What would you like to see more of? Where could we add even more value? Either leave a comment below, or email feedback@a-teamgroup.com.

If you haven’t yet had a chance to dive in, be sure to look at the dedicated sections for our three core areas of focus:

If you like to read your content, make sure you check out our blogs, white papers, and our guides. If you prefer to listen into discussions, you can access recordings of our hundreds of webinars that are now in our archive or book your place to listen in live to our upcoming webinars. And if face-to-face interaction is what you seek, come and see us, listen to expert practitioners and network with your peers at one of our many events throughout the year. Or indeed, do all of the above!

And don’t forget, you can now easily filter all of our content by the specific category of topic that is most relevant to you.

Finally, I’d like to thank our very patient and hard-working team here at A-Team Group, and our web developers Purr Digital who dealt admirably with the incredibly detailed and high volume work required to help us get this website off the ground!

Enjoy.
