Siperian Appoints Jagannathan and Roggensack to Senior Management

Siperian has appointed Ravi Jagannathan as vice president of product management, responsible for identifying requirements for new and existing products, and Randy Roggensack as vice president of North American sales.

Prior to his appointment at Siperian, Jagannathan was head of product management at Kickfire, a startup company that builds next-generation database appliances. Prior to Kickfire, he worked at companies including Digital Equipment, Oracle, Broadbase, Acta Technology, Agile Software and Exeros.

Roggensack joins Siperian from Oracle Corporation (formerly Agile Software Corporation), where he was regional vice president of sales for its product lifecycle management applications. Previous positions include vice president of sales at OutStart Corporation, senior vice president of sales for the Cybrant Corporation and BaaN Company/Aurum Software, director of sales central region for Dun and Bradstreet Software and vice president of sales for Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
