Pico, the financial markets technology services, software, data, and analytics provider, has introduced Pico IntelliVUE, an advanced network monitoring and analytics solution for PicoNet, the company’s ultra-low-latency fire-optic network platform. The tool, supported by Pico’s Corvil Analytics technology, integrates multiple data streams into a unified visualisation, delivering actionable insights and detailed performance analytics.

IntelliVUE offers real-time monitoring of network connectivity and performance, specifically addressing latency-sensitive operational challenges. Users benefit from immediate visibility into PicoNet’s operational health, facilitating quicker identification and resolution of connectivity issues and reducing dependency on external support.

“IntelliVUE delivers unparalleled transparency and proactive alerting for PicoNet, empowering our clients with real-time performance metrics and the ability to remediate connectivity issues more quickly,” comments Stacie Swanstrom, Chief Product Officer at Pico.

The solution is tailored for seamless integration within Network Operations Centres (NOCs) or for convenient, on-demand access via the Pico Client Portal. IntelliVUE provides interactive visual and tabular representations of Pico’s global infrastructure, encompassing more than 55 data centres and over 90 circuits. Additionally, the service delivers real-time latency data from instrumentation across PicoNet.

To further support operational efficiency, IntelliVUE features synchronised alerts on service disruptions and scheduled maintenance specific to each organisation’s network infrastructure.

“This solution combines the power of visual simplicity with the depth of Corvil Analytics,” adds Swanstrom, “ensuring clients have the insights they need to stay ahead in today’s competitive trading environment.”

Pico will continue to develop IntelliVUE’s capabilities in response to evolving client needs, as the company aims to enhance infrastructure monitoring solutions in the financial trading environment.
