Omgeo Appoints Kumar, Johnston, Burkley and Robson to Board

Omgeo, the post-execution trade management solutions provider including Alert for standing settlement instructions (SSIs), has added four new members to its board of managers.

The new board members include Naresh Kumar, managing director and global head of operations of the institutional clients group at Citi, Peter Johnston, managing director of global securities and clearing operations at Goldman Sachs, Matthew Burkley, global head of strategy at Thomson Reuters’ Markets Division, and Jon Robson, president of the enterprise division at Thomson Reuters.

The new board members replace Robert Kaplan, Robert Gartland, Sharon Rowlands and James Toffey, who have retired their positions.

The members of the board are responsible for representing the interests of all Omgeo’s clients with regards to decisions about strategy, governance and operations.
