NumeriX, provider of pricing and risk analytics for fixed income, credit, foreign exchange, hybrids, cross currency, commodities, inflation rate and equity derivatives, has entered a partnership agreement with THEMA Consulting, provider of risk management, treasury and trading services and software.

THEMA’s MasterFinance 6.0 pricing engine now bundles the latest NumeriX math libraries, enabling financial institutions to gain more accurate, independent pricing for standard and hybrid exotic derivatives, the partners say.

With access to all NumeriX capabilities directly through MasterFinance, clients are able to manage complex derivatives positions more efficiently, according to the vendor. They are able to automatically value the latest products, including interest rate, inflation, equity, credit, commodities, FX derivatives and hybrid products.

NumeriX is also part of a partnership (with Microgen and IRML) to provide a solution to support fund managers in derivatives valuations.
