Kate Toumazi has moved from the role of global head of front office in the Enterprise Content leadership team at Thomson Reuters to take up the new role of global head of risk and data services in the Pricing and Reference Services leadership team within the company’s risk division.

The new role has been designed to create innovation and scale in Thomson Reuters’ risk data services business, its broader financial post-trade pricing and reference data services, and its risk management, regulation and compliance services. Toumazi is expected to lead a push towards more tailored pricing reference data services and ultimately lead a new line of service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Toumazi joined Thomson Reuters in October 2003 as head of finance, before moving on to become chief financial officer of Enterprise Information at Reuters and then chief operating officer and head of business operations in the Enterprise Content business. She became global head of front office in January 2013 and as part of the Enterprise Content leadership team ran the company’s front-office business relating to non-streaming pricing and reference data that is delivered to the company’s DataScope platform. In her role as global head of risk and data services, Toumazi will report to Marion Leslie, managing director, Pricing and Reference Services.
