Information Mosaic, the highest scorer in the CityCompass corporate actions benchmarking awards, has brought on board the creators of the eVent corporate actions solution Paul Fitzgerald and David Baxter to bolster its U.K. team. Fitzgerald and Baxter have been working with CheckFree, now owners of HelioGraph, which sells the eVent system they created in 2000. Prior to that, both were at City Networks.
