In his new position, Kirby will be responsible for the design, specification and implementation of the exchange’s projects concerning STP, as well as overseeing such areas as OTC derivatives, reference data, collateral management, compliance, risk management and connectivity. He will report to Martin Reck, who was appointed managing director of the group functionality unit this year.
