Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon Asset Servicing has appointed John Gruber as head of global product management for its Performance & Risk Analytics (P&RA) product line. He replaces Debra Baker, who recently was named chief administrative officer for the bank’s Global Corporate Trust division.

Before joining BNY Mellon, he was co-founder and managing principal of Hamersley Partners, a third party marketing and research firm for specialised asset managers and hedge funds.
