Austrian reference data management provider AIM Software has secured London-based ODL Securities Ltd. as a client for its Gain platform. ODL Securities will be using the platform for integration of price, static and corporate actions data provided by FT Interactive Data’s FTS ExShare product into its Oracle-based infrastructure. The integration, which took four weeks, has been managed with AIM’s UK partner TraderTeam. Bill Newton, director at ODL Securities, says, “Before deploying Gain we maintained the security master file mainly manually. By automating the processing of our security data and price data we could reduce errors to a minimum level and could realise significant improvements in operational efficiencies.”
