Quorum 15, the independent financial markets industry forum, has appointed James Baugh, Managing Director and Head of European Market Structure at TD Securities, as a Non-Executive Director.
Baugh brings nearly 30 years of experience across investment banking, exchanges and market infrastructure. He joined TD Execution Services, formerly TD Cowen, in 2021, contributing to the development of its European liquidity strategy. Previously, he served as European Head of Market Structure at Citi and spent 11 years at the London Stock Exchange as Head of Equity Sales, where he was involved in developing the Turquoise equities trading platform.
Baugh has an established relationship with Quorum 15, serving as moderator of its European Equities Trading Forum and a member of its Advisory Board. His appointment strengthens the organisation’s industry representation as it facilitates discussions on market structure, regulation and technology across equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, digital assets and artificial intelligence.
