Position: Senior Event Producer

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week 

Location: UK-Based contract with regional and international travel for events and client meetings

A-Team Group, part of Finelight Group, is a dynamic publishing and events company that has been successfully operating for over 25 years in financial markets. 

As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a Senior Event Producer to join the team. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Research, produce and deliver 4-5 full-day Summits (UK & US) plus half-day topic briefings across all ATG brands annually
• Conduct detailed research to develop content for market-driven programmes and write compelling, commercially appealing agendas
• Invite and secure high-level speakers on a range of topics
• Recruit speakers for webinars across all ATG brands (approx. 2-3 per month)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry practitioners for speaker recruitment and research
• Manage Industry Advisory Boards, recruiting members and organising/attending board meetings for event research
• Manage sponsorship clients and coordinate their participation in event agendas
• Work with marketing to promote events (including drafting marketing copy) and support delegate sales via the telesales team

Key Skills

• Conference production experience; experience in financial markets or technology 
• Ability to work in a small and close-knit team and remotely 
• Experience of working in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong people management skills and a team player
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
