Upcoming Webinar: Are Your Legacy Voice Recordings a Compliance Time Bomb?

2 July 2025

2 July 2025
10:00am ET | 3:00pm London | 4:00pm CET
Duration: 50 Minutes

Recent enforcement actions underscore the importance of maintaining accurate, secure and up-to-date voice and electronic communication. For some organisations, legacy voice recording systems are not at or beyond end-of-life, posing significant compliance, operational and financial risks.

These outdated systems often fail to meet evolving regulatory expectations around data authenticity, retention, and accessibility. Delaying action increases the likelihood of breaches, spiralling infrastructure costs, and business disruption. Regulatory bodies demand untampered voice data that retains its original format – meaning any migration must avoid file transcoding and provide proof of authenticity to maintain compliance.

Transitioning from legacy systems is not just a technical upgrade but a strategic initiative that must consider risk assessment, regulatory standards, stakeholder engagement, and future scalability. As institutions face mounting pressure to modernise, they must find migration pathways that ensure continuity, minimise disruption, and eliminate the need for repeated, resource-intensive transitions.

Join us for the Wordwatch-sponsored webinar, Managing Legacy Voice Recording Transition, where a panel of industry experts will explore how to take control of your voice recording environment and prepare for the future of compliant communications capture.

By participating in this live webinar, you will learn how to:
