Deutsche Boerse and Transaction Network Services (TNS) have partnered to add Eurex and Xetra connectivity for the TNS financial community and help Deutsche Boerse expand its reach in key European markets.

The agreement allows TNS, which provides connectivity, managed hosting and colocation services, to establish connections to Eurex and Xetra. Firms wanting to be close to the trade matching engines of Furex and Xetra can use TNS’s proximity managed hosting, colocation and connectivity service, which is available at Frankfurt’s FR2 data centre and other strategic locales.

Oliver Grohmann, head of market readiness for trading, clearing and cash markets at Deutsche Boerse, says: “Adding TNS to our roster of connectivity providers will increase our appeal. TNS’s established position as a specialist financial connectivity provider is aligned with our objective to ensure traders can securely, reliably and cost-effectively trade with us. TNS is a trusted multi-member service provider and firms that are resource or budget constrained will be able to work with TNS to simplify their connectivity and deploy their business more efficiently.”
