Subscribe to our newsletter

The Software & Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) Financial Information Services Division (FISD) has partnered with Lakefront Data Ventures (LDV) to launch a survey of data management and financial information professionals to ascertain salary trends for the sector. The survey, which can be accessed from the LDV site, is confidential and results will be posted in aggregate in June.

In November last year, LDV launched a jobs website for the data management sector and this survey is part of that endeavour. At the start of this year, CEO of LDV, Dale Richards, indicated that the website had attracted some interest from the data management community. He reported that the site had 150 registered users and 30 job postings after two months in operation.

Data being collected for the survey includes job categories, functional areas, region, base and bonus compensation, job skills and years of experience. In order to receive the full breakdown of the results of the survey, individuals must register on the site here.
