U.K.-based Mark-It Partners, a provider of credit pricing information, plans to acquire LoanX, a U.S. supplier of syndicated loan data. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mark-It says it plans to integrate LoanX’s data offerings with its own to create a multi-asset offering, including market valuations on corporate bonds, credit default swaps and syndicated bank loans.
