Xtrakter Appoints Jinks Director of Commercial Operations

Xtrakter, part of the ICMA group of companies, has appointed Richard Jinks to the position of director of commercial operations. Jinks, who joins Xtrakter on March 3, will report directly to the chief executive and be a member of Xtrakter’s Executive Committee. Jinks previously held senior positions at Misys, Omgeo, Checkfree (formerly Heliograph) and most recently BT Global Financial Services division where he was involved in business development and growing the post-trade services offered by BT. Jinks will head up both the sales and client relations departments at Xtrakter and be responsible for driving forward the commercial operations of this market utility.
