London-based COR Financial Solutions, a developer of banking, securities and asset management software, has acquired international STP software firm One-Ten as part of its acquisition-fuelled growth plan.

One-Ten’s products include the Salerio e2e STP solution, which it says is used by 25 asset management and outsourcing firms including Capital International and Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management. One-Ten staff have been transferred to COR’s London offices.

COR has been on something of an acquisition spree in recent months: last year it acquired the software assets of treasury software and consulting services provider ABS for an undisclosed sum. Earlier in that year it acquired risk management specialist Bita Plus Consultants for £2.3 million.
