Broadridge Financial Solutions Appoints Charbonnier to HR Role

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Maryjo Charbonnier as corporate vice president and chief human resources officer for the company. She has also been elected a corporate officer of Broadridge and appointed to the company’s Executive Committee. Charbonnier succeeds Richard Berke, who will be retiring in January 2010.

Charbonnier joined Broadridge in August 2008, from PepsiCo. Previously, she held several senior human resources positions at PepsiCo over a 13 year period, including vice president, Human Resources, PepsiCo Foods, as well as head HR positions for PepsiCo divisions in Canada and Mexico. During her last role as vice president of Talent Sustainability, PepsiCo Foods, Charbonnier led the talent agenda for PepsiCo’s largest division based in Purchase, New York.
