Corporate actions software vendor XSP has promoted its current principal consultant Paul Fullam to the position of senior director of business strategy and relocated him from its London office to its New York office. In his new role, Fullam will assume responsibility for relationships with key industry associations and organisations such as ISITC and Swift, as well as wider product development and strategic initiatives.

He will report to CEO of the vendor, Brendan Farrell, and will also be involved in client facing and product roadmap initiatives, research and development prioritisation and taking the XSP product into new markets.

In June last year, Fullam was appointed as a co-chair of the ISITC Corporate Actions Working Group, which entails collaboration with the group’s members to review ISO 15022 standards and direct enhancements to message content that promote STP for corporate actions.

Prior to joining XSP, Fullam worked at Fidelity, Investors Bank & Trust and John Hancock Funds.
