Siperian and GalaxE.Solutions Partner for Employee Master Solution

Business process and decision support systems vendor GalaxE.Solutions and master data management (MDM) platform vendor Siperian have entered into an partnership agreement under which GalaxE.Solutions will be a provider of an employee master solution enabled by Siperian MDM Hub.

According to the firms, the enterprise business alliance agreement will help companies quickly deploy the employee master solution, which uses employee information across the enterprise to streamline the business processes associated with new employee on-boarding, payroll and benefits activities, and mitigate risk resulting from terminations. Anurag Wadehra, senior vice president, marketing and product management at Siperian, says: “A trusted, single view of employees is a critical business asset that helps organisations bring new employees up to speed faster and allows them to better manage third party outsourcing operations such as payroll and benefit administration. Leveraging GalaxE.Solutions’ deep-rooted expertise, superior technical skills and in-depth understanding of a range of industry sectors ensures our customers will achieve quicker time-to-value and long term success.” GalaxE.Solutions’ system will add more capabilities to Siperian’s MDM Hub including employee information management, compensation information management, organisational structure and charting, learning and training objectives, and HR Partner implementations.
