Broadridge Announces New Tax Forms Plus Solution

Broadridge Financial Solutions today announced the rollout of Tax Forms Plus, a new application providing automated tax form processing for securities broker-dealers throughout Canada.

With the Tax Forms Plus system, the creation, amendment, duplication and cancellation of a client’s tax forms has been dramatically streamlined, simultaneously offering enhanced scalability, security and flexibility. In addition, the Tax Forms Plus system is fully integrated with Broadridge’s Investor Communications platform for printing and fulfilment of client tax slips.

Michael Dignam, president, Securities Processing Solutions – Canada, Broadridge, noted, “We are pleased to offer the Canadian financial services industry a unique year-end solution combining our strength in developing software services and data/document management capabilities. The result is an efficient management process for delivering client tax slips and files to the Canadian Revenue Agency, Revenu Quebec and the US Internal Revenue Service.”
