Xenomorph has extended the reach of its capital markets data management and analytics solution TimeScape into the institutional and commercial banking sector through an arrangement with client engagement platform provider i2i Logic.

i2i Logic, a start-up company, is using the cloud version of Xenomorph’s TimeScape, which runs in the Windows Azure cloud, and Xenomorph’s recent data integration with S&P Capital IQ, which adds data including fundamentals to the analytics solution, to provide a customer engagement platform. The platform provides banks with high quality data and analytics, including statistical, fiscal and operating profiles of their customers. It can also be used to provide interactive predictive scenarios for customers that are be delivered via any mobile device.

Tim Maddock, co-founder and executive director at i2i Logic, explains: “When considering how best to meet our data management needs, it was clear that Xenomorph’s TimeScape had the right balance regarding ease of manipulation, ready-to-run data connectivity across all types of data and extensibility to incorporate each bank’s proprietary analytics and knowledge. Our solution replaces the pitch book method of client interaction and drives the cost and time to pitch through the floor. It not only creates a deeper engagement with customers, but also enables the banker to deliver the right solution for a customer’s circumstances.”

For Xenomorph, the arrangement with i2i Logic marks a first move into the institutional and commercial banking sector, and the first use of its connector between TimeScape and S&P Capital IQ enterprise data. Xenomorph CEO Brian Sentance comments: “It is exciting to see TimeScape being used outside our traditional financial markets segment and to give our team the opportunity to assist innovative companies like i2i Logic.” The customer engagement platform is being marketed and sold by i2i Logic, with Xenomorph receiving royalties.
