Rimes Releases AI-Powered Data Lakehouse Copilot for Natural Language Insights

Subscribe to our newsletter

Rimes has released a Data Lakehouse AI Copilot that provides natural language insights and enables users to accelerate performance by providing investment managers with faster, streamlined access to specific data sets they need. The solution eliminates the need to write code as its natural language answers enable users to quickly transfer datasets and apply them to their application of choice. The initial focus for the copilot is to surface insights from ETF data, open source ESG data, and demo data from data partners.

The copilot was developed in partnership with Rimes’ clients, uses AI models for data query generation and is deployed in a client’s data lakehouse, allowing clients to accelerate their adoption of AI without needing specialist skills in-house and ensuring there is no data leakage.

Theo Bell, head of AI product development at Rimes, says: “The power of AI is immense. For example, adding metadata to standard data models better supports end-user workflows through natural language queries. Our Lakehouse Copilot also supports ‘bring your own data’ scenarios that enable clients to apply AI to their enterprise data linked with data provided by Rimes.”
