Derivatives Service Bureau Conducts User Survey on Fee Model

The Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB), which issues International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs), Classification of Financial Instrument codes (CFIs) and Financial Instrument Short Names (FISNs) for OTC derivatives, is conducting a user survey,  and establishing an Agreement Forum as part of its 2019 industry consultation milestones.

The initiatives have been set up to ensure continued industry collaboration with the DSB and will cover issues including user agreements, services and fee models. The user survey will cover the existing fee model timeline and annual review cycle and is open until 5pm UTC on Friday March 15, 2019. It is designed to give DSB users a format for early feedback into the annual consultation process. The Agreement Forum aims to encourage industry discussion and feedback on the user fee model.
