Xenomorph, a provider of enterprise-wide data management platforms, has reorganized senior management. The company cites strong growth in credit data analytics, tick data storage and derivatives data management. Under the reshuffle, Brian Sentance becomes CEO and Greg Johnson becomes COO. Chris Budgen, Matthew Skinner and Mark Woodgate, all founder directors, are now chief technical architect, business applications director and consultancy director, North America, respectively. Additionally Dr. Ian Hunt and David Moore have been added as new non-executive board members. Hunt’s appointment follows years of informal assistance to Xenomorph, while Moore’s experience includes running Riversix, a financial markets consultancy firm.

Rod Perry, formerly non-executive chairman, and Roger Frampton both retire from the board. The new chairman is Paul Windsor, lead partner at management accountants WSM and an existing board member.

The company has recently relocated its London headquarters to a new City location and established its first overseas operation in New York.
