Richard C Robinson
Head of Industry Strategy and Initiatives for Open Symbology

Richard C Robinson is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, holding leadership roles in operations and technology at global banks, brokers, investment managers and industry utilities.

He is head of Strategy and Industry Relations for Open Symbology at Bloomberg LLP. He holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and IT from Stern and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

John Eliseo is head of the Metadata Management Group within the Content Marketplace Group. John leads the team responsible for metadata assets including the Thomson Reuters Classification Scheme, the master taxonomy for classifying content and the Data Item Registry, a metadata registry of all Thomson Reuters content sets. John also participates in defining and implementing the company’s information architecture strategy, which is known as Content Marketplace.

John has held many positions during his 21 year career at Thomson Reuters including product management, product development, data access services and architecture serving the needs of the Investment Management community. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Dallas.
