Andy Adams is Head of Financial Regulatory Services in EMEA for Pricing and Reference Services at Thomson Reuters. After working in education, he spent several years at State Street in Mutual Fund Accounting before joining Thomson Reuters. At Thomson Reuters, he has held a wide variety of positions including Global Business Director, and Business Manager (Luxembourg). Most recently, Andy has worked in the Pricing and Reference Services team as a Regional Business Manager for Western Europe before beginning his current role in the second half of 2013. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and a MBA from Miami University (Ohio) in the United States. He is a member of the Media and Technology of the British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg and speaks French, German and Luxembourgish fluently.

Koen is responsible for delivering real-world data governance solutions to the problems raised by different regulations such as BCBS239, Solvency II, and GDPR. Before joining Collibra, he worked as principal consultant for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and Financial Architects on Basel, Compliance, and Solvency projects worldwide.
