Brian Greenberg

Senior Director - Business Engagement Lead for Enterprise Data Management

BNY Mellon

Brian Greenberg is the Business Engagement Lead for the Enterprise Data Management group at BNY Mellon. In this role, he works with the Data Leadership across the firm’s various Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to deploy the Enterprise Data Strategy in those areas, making use of the Enterprise Data Governance tools, processes and policies/procedures to source accurate, complete, timely and consistent authoritative data for all internal and external reporting needs.

Prior to BNY Mellon, Brian was the regulatory technology lead for Deutsche Bank’s Client On-Boarding platform, ensuring the various regulatory programs utilized authoritative client, account and KYC data when generating regulatory reports. He has also managed Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Markets Client Reference Data Technology team, created a program governance framework for Lehman Brothers’ Information Technology Division, and served as a senior manager in Accenture’s Capital Markets Industry Group and CRM Service Line.

Brian brings more than 30+ years of experience in the capital markets industries, managing large global system delivery programs and establishing enterprise processes, procedures, and operating models for the governance of enterprise data.

Arvind Joshi

Head of Data Governance & Analytics

Rockefeller Capital Management

Arvind Joshi is the Head of Data Governance and Analytics at Rockefeller Capital Management.  Prior to this, he was the Data Management Lead at Scotia Bank reporting into the CFO and CDO, with responsibility for the Data Governance initiative/program for US Finance. Arvind was also at Deloitte Advisory and managed multiple engagements at BHCs and FBOs.  At Credit Suisse Holdings (USA) Inc., Arvind led the CCAR data governance initiative and at Morgan Stanley he was responsible for defining, establishing and implementing data governance/data quality programs for Basel and CCAR compliance. Arvind also represented the CFO office in establishing “Enterprise Data Office” for regulatory compliance (DFAST/CCAR and BASEL).

Arvind has over 25+ years of experience in Fortune-500 companies with diversified and comprehensive understanding of technology, business and operations processes. Arvind has successfully led initiatives to improve data governance and data quality through effective implementation of data management methodologies and technologies.

Neil Robertson

Vice President, Hosted and Managed Services Commercial Strategy for Software Solutions

S&P Global Market Intelligence

Neil Robertson is the commercial strategy lead for hosted and managed services for S&P Global Market Intelligence’s software solutions, which span enterprise data management (EDM), investment management, credit portfolio management and private markets operations.

Neil has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services space, designing and implementing EDM solutions. Prior to his current role, Neil was responsible for Market Intelligence’s global EDM professional services team and the cloud managed services operations and product support teams.

Neil graduated from the University of Manchester (UMIST) and holds a master’s in computer science from the University of Hertfordshire.

Sally Hinds has worked for over 30 years in the enterprise data management space, for financial institutions and for major vendors and founded a data management consultancy in 2012, DMCS Ltd. She has led many data management projects for her clients, including advising on implementing practical, not slide-based(!), Data Governance. She has served on the Board of the EDM Council and holds the EDM DCAM accreditation.
