Hugh Davidson

Head of Data Management

Man Group

Hugh Davidson is Head of Data Management at Man Group, based in London. He is responsible for the Business Intelligence Development team, improving trade flow data quality and monitoring and optimising Market Data usage.

Hugh joined Man Group in 2017 and held the role of data architect before taking up his current role in 2018. Prior to Man Group, Hugh held positions at Insight Investment, Barclays Capital and LIFFE.

Hugh holds a BSc in Information Technology, Business Management & Language from York University.

Martina Satherlund

Global Head Market Data & Third Party Vendor Management

Fidelity International

At Fidelity, Martina has spearheaded global programs ranging from automation and process improvements to global Market Data strategies and cloud enablement. Before that, Martina spent 14 years working in the field of Market and Reference Data. She has worked extensively with all types of capital markets data, and expanded her expertise in financial markets into areas such as evaluated pricing services, reference data management and derived/non-display data.

David Bentley

Head Global Operations UK&I


David Bentley is the Head of Global Operations, UK & Ireland for the Financial Information Business Unit at SIX. In this role David oversees the Customer Support, Data Operations, Customer Administration and Data Acquisition functions in London.

At SIX since 2020, David has over 25 years’ experience in the financial data services industry from data management roles at Reuters, JP Morgan, HSBC & FNZ in Scotland, England and India. His main area of focus has been with market data through the entire value chain from procurement to product delivery & consumption.

David holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
