As a part of Chief Data Offices in Citi, AIG, Deutsche Bank, and Voya Financial, Olga was focusing on designing and implementing the enterprise-wide Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Data Governance programs.
Olga co-authored comprehensive “Data Quality for Practitioners” an educational program that covered all data quality topics and included numerous examples and practical tips. Classes are currently available via EDM Council (global association created to elevate the practice of Data Management as a business and operational priority).

Rob joined Wells Fargo in 2022 and established the International Data Management team to oversee data governance across all functions within the non-US business.
