Anne Scott is Global Climate Solutions Lead at AEGON Asset Management, where her focus is to promote AEGON AM’s Climate Transition approach, supporting the consistency and delivery of their climate research process, embedding climate solutions within fixed income products. Anne works alongside the fixed income specialist and responsible investment teams.

Anne joined AEGON Asset Management in 2005 and has held a variety of roles across the business. Working in the investment department since 2012, she developed their front office oversight and relationship management with key counterparties, including managing corporate access and investment research provision across all asset classes. She led the design to manage, monitor and evaluate research consumption in line with MIFID II and has chaired AEGON Asset Management’s Global Investment Management Risk Control Committee and Investment Research and Execution Oversight Committee.

Anne has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and has also held positions at HSBC and Financial Times Information.

Wendy Walford is Head of Climate Risk for Legal & General, a UK based financial services provider. Legal and General is a global provider of retirement solutions to corporates and individuals.

As Head of Climate Risk for the Group, Wendy supports the delivery of the group’s climate goals and commitments. Her role also spans the Group’s strategic response to Climate risk, the governance framework, and developing climate metrics and targets.

Wendy is a member of the IFoA sustainability Board, where she is co-lead for policy and regulation.

Laurent Babikian is Global Director Data Products at CDP, having started his career in 1991 working with Bank Indosuez for 10 years, in the financial markets. In 2000, Laurent co-founded a start-up incubator and coached entrepreneurs to accelerate their business before creating Corcovado, his own consultancy company, for which he moved to Brazil in 2007. While in Brazil, he became one of the mentors of Endeavor, an international not-for-profit organisation aimed at developing sustainable entrepreneurship in emerging countries.

Laurent is a member of the advisory board of the Euronext-managed Low Carbon 100 index and the French sustainability benchmark Greenfin – supported by the French Ministry of Environment. Laurent graduated from IESE Business School in Barcelona, holding an executive MBA in general management. He also holds a master’s in finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.

Elisabeth Seep leads the ESG product strategy at RIMES Technologies. As a pioneer and advocate for ESG data over the last twenty years, she was most recently a Director in the MSCI ESG product team, specializing in fixed-income. While at MSCI, she tackled the data challenges related to ESG integration into fixed-income asset classes and developed new, innovative ESG and climate products for the investment management industry. Previously, she developed the sustainable finance franchise at BNP Paribas North America, trained credit teams on how to integrate ESG data into their risk analysis, and started her career learning about corporate governance at Moody’s.
