Was Chaudry has worked in financial services for 18 years, starting his career at Citi Private Bank. He was the head of the Private Bank On-Boarding team before moving into a AML Compliance role at Citi in 2013 where he reviewed and performed AML and Financial Crime investigations across all Citi business areas.
In 2015 he joined Credit Suisse Private bank where he currently works as the Head of the Private Bank On-Boarding team, implementing new KYC requirements and re-engineering existing processes in order to improve the on-boarding experience for clients. He is proficient in on-boarding complex structures and financial crime and high risk aspects of on-boarding.
He is ACAMs qualified since 2014 and is ICA Diploma qualified in AML since Jan 2018.
