Upcoming Webinar: How to simplify and modernize data architecture to unleash data value and innovation
15 May 2025
10:00am ET | 3:00pm London | 4:00pm CET
Duration: 50 Minutes
The data needs of financial institutions are growing at pace as new formats and greater volumes of information are integrated into their systems. With this has come greater complexity in managing and governing that data, amplifying pain points along data pipelines.
In response, innovative new streamlined and flexible architectures have emerged that can absorb and deploy that data to bring greater value to organisations.
These simplified structures can accelerate processing times, deliver faster insights, improve scalability and performance, enhance data accessibility and enable stronger governance strategies. In so doing they reduce overheads and improve revenue streams by shortening the time to market of value-adding projects.
Implementing such architectures come with some challenges, however. They are difficult to incorporate into fragmented legacy infrastructures, their initial setup costs can be prohibitively high and organisations may encounter a degree of cultural resistance to implementation that requires a change management strategy.
This webinar will explain how simplified data management architectures are benefiting financial institutions, how organisations are building them and how they might overcome the difficulties of implementation.
Among the topics covered will be:
- What are the key components of a simplified data architecture?
- How do they differ from conventional structures?
- Can institutions retool their existing setups to achieve a similar level of efficiency and flexibility?
- What are the benefits of implementation?
- What are the challenges and costs?
