Mark is a partner with Element22, a data and analytics consultancy firm. His career includes over 15 years managing data and risk functions for three tier 1 banks. This was followed by 6 years as the General Manager of Avox, a managed data service company owned by DTCC and later by Thomson Reuters. Mark has been with Element22 since 2018 where he leads the London office and helps clients from across the financial services industry to modernise and expand their capabilities in Data Management. His recent focus has been on helping clients to solve unstructured data and ESG data challenges, including launching the ESGi data platform.

Ellen Gentile is the Director of Enterprise Data Quality & DQ Incident Management for the SMBC Americas Division of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Ellen has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and has worked in various capacities for companies such as Cowan & Company, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Bank of America Securities and Pershing, LLC. As SMBC’s data quality manager, Ellen works assiduously to establish and implement all facets of a comprehensive data quality program at the SMBC Americas division.

Neil Sandle

Neil has built his experience over ten years at Eze Software and Trader, which is now part of the SS&C group, where he became Director of Product Management. His focus was on developing their portfolio management capabilities and moving to SaaS-delivered solutions. At Alveo, he is responsible for their Product Management group and the direction of their solution set and overall roadmap and has led successful new product rollouts such as our Ops360 UI and Alpha data warehouse to their customers.
