Recorded Webinar: Approaches to ESG data for the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)

14 July 2022

The EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) outlines extensive rules designed to ensure transparency across sustainable financial markets. It also demands huge volumes of non-financial ESG data to be sourced, managed and governed, some of which is difficult to find, and much of which is unstructured and of variable quality.

The data challenge is exacerbated by a lack of ESG data standards and multiple data vendors using differing methodologies to classify and score the data, leaving many financial firms struggling to achieve compliance.

This webinar will address these challenges and present approaches firms can take to get their ESG data in order and ensure compliance with SFDR.

Register for the webinar to find out more about:

  • The ESG data requirements of SFDR
  • Challenges of sourcing and managing the data
  • Approaches to resolving these challenges
  • How data vendors can support compliance
  • Benefits of getting ESG data right
