Vista Equity Partners Invests in TRG Screen for Strategic Growth; Leigh Walters Steps Up as New CEO

TRG Screen, the provider of enterprise subscription spend and usage management software, has received a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”), a global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses. TRG Screen will use the capital to accelerate product innovation, talent acquisition, and go-to-market functions.

Leigh Walters has been appointed CEO, and will succeed Steve Matthews, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman after serving as CEO for the past nine years. Matthews will continue to work with Walters and the company’s executive team in driving strategic growth.
