A-Team Group, a trusted leader in the Capital Markets technology community for 25 years, is driving a period of significant strategic expansion as part of the wider Finelight Group network. As we grow, we are looking for a hands-on and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced event professional to be the central logistical and coordinating force behind our summits, global webinars, and high-profile awards programmes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be a key player in a high-performing team, ensuring the flawless delivery of our products.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: You will be the project owner for our product checklists, managing the operational delivery of Events, Awards, and Webinars from planning to post-event analysis.
  • Sponsor & Stakeholder Support: You will deliver a first-class experience for our sponsors and internal teams, ensuring all operational requirements are met on time and with precision.
  • Systems & Process Excellence: You will leverage HubSpot, our central CRM, to manage product data, support audience list creation, and run seamless operational workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics: Manage the end-to-end logistics and coordination for our London events, from vendor management to on-site execution.
  • Awards Coordination: Manage the complex, multi-stage awards campaign project, from setting up categories and surveys to coordinating the winners’ announcement.
  • Webinar Hosting: Co-host the technical execution of our global live webinars.
  • Sponsor Coordination: Manage operational requirements for sponsors, including checking registrations and coordinating event deliverables.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in event coordination or operations is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a genuine passion for detail and process.
  • A strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot is a major plus).
  • The ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines at the same time.
