Each webinar follows a Q & A discussion format.
What is GoToWebinar?
GoToWebinar is the platform which we use to deliver our online webinars.
What time do the webinars take place?
As a standard all of our test calls and live webinars (unless otherwise stated) take place at 10:00 am ET / 3:00 pm London / 4:00 pm CET.
How can I promote my upcoming webinar?
Your dedicated webinar manager will provide you with the url to take you directly to your specific landing page. Alternatively you can visit the upcoming webinar schedules as listed in the point below.
We would recommend you promote your specific webinar through all forms of marketing communications including newsletters, dedicated emails and social media.

What is the test call for?
The test call allows us to test the audio quality of your connection through GoToWebinar. Whichever method you use during the test call must be the same method you use on the live webinar.
Why do I need to provide a PowerPoint slide?
During the webinar you will have the opportunity to include a PowerPoint slide for inclusion in the master slide deck. This could contain a key takeaway like an image/diagram, chart, key data info or bulleted list to support your message.
What are the poll questions?
During the live webinar we will carry out 2-3 poll questions to gauge the audiences circumstances on the subject in question. We will then discuss the results.
Why do you need our speakers head shot?
This will be used as part of our promotional activity and will be included on the landing page and in the master slide deck.
Why do you need our speakers area of expertise on the chosen subject?
Our moderator will use this to introduce your speaker at the beginning of the live webinar.
Will we be able to take questions from the audience?
Yes, we aim to answer as many questions as possible in the allotted time.
How can I contact the moderator or production team during the live webinar?
You can contact the moderator or production team using the chatbox facility in the GoToWebinar side panel.

Should you wish to promote your webinar recording, we would recommend you direct people to the direct url links as mentioned in the section above so that we can capture their details and send you a further report after a couple of weeks.
How long will the webinar recording be available?
How do I download the video recording?
From the webinar archive landing page follow these instructions:
- completing the download form
- on the thank you page click on the video
- click on the share button (3rd from top right)
- follow the vimeo link and you will be given a download option
