CB.Net has signed an agreement to become a licensed re-distributor of Bank Identifier Codes (BICs) issued by Swift. The agreement will allow CB.Net to integrate BIC data into its flagship product and directory of international payments reference data, the BankSearchPlus database.

Ian Dunning, managing director of CB.Net, comments: “It will greatly enhance the ease of integration and availability of the BIC data into our services for our clients. With the payments landscape constantly changing we are delighted to be working alongside industry bodies in providing services to the banking and corporate community.”

CB.Net also provides directory services and runs the European Payments Council (EPC) Single Euro Payments Area Adherence database and the Euro Banking Association (EBA) Priority Payments Scheme Central Repository.
