Netik LLC, a global leading provider of financial data management and reporting services and products, announced today two significant management appointments in the Sales Department. Frank Sieracki has been appointed as Managing Director of North American Sales and Ed Creswell has moved internally into the position of Head of European Sales.

Sieracki and Creswell will acquire the responsibility of moulding Netik’s sales departments in both North America and Europe, respectively, and will ultimately assist the company by further expanding business relationships. Their superlative knowledge of enterprise sales will assist Netik in reaching its goal of becoming the top international vender of financial data management.

“They both have proven to be dominant figures within the industry and I feel confident that their executive skills and experience will help Netik to become a more dynamic player in the current market,” says Rob Flatley, CEO and President of Netik.

Sieracki brings a wealth of experience to Netik. He was a valuable contributor to the corporate executive teams at Sybase and Aleri, Inc., where he was formerly Director of North American sales, responsible for the launch of specialized Complex Event Processing (CEP) and Liquidity Management Solutions in North America. Until 2009, Frank served as Managing Director of North American Sales for SunGard Trading Systems and in various leadership or management positions at the major investment banking firms of JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch for 11 years. During his tenure at JPMorgan, he received his MBA in International Finance from Fordham University.

Creswell has been with Netik since January 2007, in which time he has served as Sales Executive in London and, most recently, as the head of Middle Eastern Sales. Before that, he gained commercial experience as a Sales Executive, Team Manager and Director working in IT and travel companies for 15 years. Creswell received a BA from Brighton University and an MBA from Cranfield University.
