Due diligence and compliance automation specialist KYC Hub has released a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) based platform to streamline client onboarding across a wide range of industries including financial services.

OpsFlow aims to reduce complexity in the onboarding process by offering access to hundreds of global verification types through a single solution, allowing workflow and automation systems to handle a wide variety of use cases with no need for further coding.

Bespoke onboarding workflows can be created using RPA, which includes 180 dynamic risk factors that are updated in real time. Workflows can be configured based on low- to high-risk profiles and verification types, making it possible to onboard and monitor both individuals and legal entities in a single system.

Farnoush Mirmoeini, co-founder of KYC Hub, says OpsFlow was developed in response to market demand. “We have repeatedly heard from firms across a number of industries that they struggle with managing multiple onboarding systems that create a multitude of inefficiencies. Our no-code solution is end-to-end and helps eliminate these inefficiencies.”
