Harte-Hanks Trillium Software Introduces TrilliumApps Online Applications Library

Trillium Software officially introduced today its TrilliumApps online business rules and applications library, a web-based collection of pre-developed information quality rules, processes and full workflows that can be easily downloaded at no cost and snapped into existing Trillium Software System environments.

TrilliumApps has been built leveraging the broad and deep experience of Trillium Software consultants and engineers working across a wide variety of industries, geographies and projects. TrilliumApps organises the content for easy access to rules and applications (apps), enabling customers to explore, select and download their chosen apps directly to their desktops. By utilising Trillium Software’s pre-built apps, customers are able to more efficiently develop and deploy their production data quality solutions with less development risk or delays.

“TrilliumApps is an innovative, new way to find and deploy applications and business rules that can help users manage key enterprise processes which rely on accurate information and data to optimise business results,” said Nigel Turner, EMEA user group chairman and independent information quality consultant. “Organisations will greatly benefit from having immediate access to many free data quality applications built upon Trillium Software’s years of expertise. It represents a novel approach to data quality that showcases Trillium Software’s ongoing investment and dedication to its customer base.”

This new Web-based online library offers certified, reusable business rules and applications – free of charge – that can be downloaded and quickly integrated into information quality processes in order to generate immediate data quality results. With its intuitive graphical interface, users can easily navigate content and quickly find applications by object type, project type, data domain or vertical industry. In addition, users can go in and rate certain applications to reflect their value and content, which will help other customers select the best apps for their own unique needs.

This library includes business rules and applications for data governance, customer relationship management, process flows, process steps, risk and compliance, data migration and many other data quality disciplines. These rules and applications can then be downloaded and integrated into existing production or pre-production processes to help customers get up and running quickly. The rules and content on the Website provide customers with added flexibility and opportunities for customisation, as the downloaded content can also serve as templates that allow for organisation-specific modifications.

“Companies are under more pressure than ever before to ensure their information quality initiatives can be developed and deployed quickly, with low risk, in order to reap the benefits of optimised business processes. With TrilliumApps, we hope our customers can accelerate their data quality efforts and limit the amount of development required to get the results they need more rapidly than using home-grown solutions,” said John Nicoli, managing director, Harte-Hanks Trillium Software. “In fact, this approach to aggregating and utilising reusable applications may spark our customers to come up with new ideas for solving their data quality problems – showing them what we’re capable of and how our expertise can provide added value quickly and with lower cost to the business than broader infrastructure offerings.”
