BNP Paribas Securities Services and the AXA Group Sign New Partnership Agreement

BNP Paribas Securities Services is delighted to have been appointed by AXA Group as custodian/depositary provider across several AXA entities and territories.

The new five-year contract covering France, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy represents a comprehensive asset servicing partnership with the AXA Group across its insurance, real estate, private equity, investment management and corporate businesses. BNP Paribas Securities Services will provide AXA with a full suite of services, such as global custody, UCITS depositary services, corporate action management, transfer agent and distribution services. The deal represents over EUR 250 billion of assets spanning over 1000 funds, portfolios and mandates.
