Rachel Segal is Head of ESG for Pzena Investment Management (‘Pzena’) where she has worked since March 2019. At Pzena, her role is to: develop Pzena’s ESG strategy and manage the ESG team; conduct thematic ESG research and engagement; build Pzena’s ESG brand with clients; manage the firm’s relationships with third party ESG organizations; and oversee ESG reporting efforts.
Prior to joining Pzena, Rachel spent time as a sustainability consultant, both internally at BNY Mellon and in client service at PwC. At BNY Mellon, Rachel advised the bank’s various business lines on how to better incorporate ESG into their business practices and products. For example, she co-led an impact investing pilot strategy with the Investment Management division. As a consultant for PwC, Rachel worked with clients across all industries to: set corporate sustainability strategy and environmental finance targets; develop sustainability risk-management best-practices; and lead organization transformation.
Rachel is originally from the UK and graduated with a B.A. in Geography from Emmanuel College at Cambridge University and an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
Gaurav is the founding partner at RCloud. He is a Transformation expert, specialising in Risk and Regulatory Change. Over the years, he has successfully led and delivered large scale change programmes, managing annual budgets of up to 30 MN dollars, for industry leading organisations such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse & Fidelity. He is an expert at designing Target Operating Model for various business functions such as Market Risk, Operational Risk, Finance, Front Office, Trading and Investment Research.

As an accomplished leader with more than 10+ years in the software and financial technology space, Alex has a proven track record of optimizing client experiences through innovative products and technology solutions and brings a wealth of subject matter expertise to the Private Markets. He previously worked for AvePoint Inc. as a senior member of the Financial Services Division.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Villanova University.
