Louise Dudley CFA
Portfolio Manager

Louise joined Federated Hermes in March 2009 and leads the ESG and responsible investment research strategy within the Global Equities team. Building on her experience developing factor testing platforms and enhancing the factor modelling capabilities of the team’s systems, Louise has applied this comprehensive analysis to ESG applications. Having delivered research supporting the returns from ESG integration, this has led to the creation of innovative customised product solutions and tools fulfilling client needs. Louise originally joined the company as a member of the stewardship advisory business, EOS. Prior to this, she worked for Coca Cola in a financial accounting role having graduated with a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Durham. Louise holds the IMC and is a CFA charterholder. She is a member of the UK Endorsement Board Investor Working Group and has been a board member of the UK Sustainable Investment & Finance Association. In 2017 she was named one of Financial News’ Rising Stars of Asset Management.

Rebecca Bleasdale
Chief Marketing Officer, Member of the Global Leadership Team

Rebecca Bleasdale is the Chief Marketing Officer globally at RepRisk. She is responsible for leading the client experience division and all aspects of the company’s brand reputation-building activities from thought leadership to lead generation and fueling RepRisk’s growth story.

Prior to joining RepRisk in 2024, Rebecca was Group Senior Vice President for Communications at Akkodis, the digital engineering business of the Adecco Group. During her tenure, Rebecca led a team of 120 professionals spanning four continents. She was also an active member of Mercedes Sustainability Working Group. Other significant posts held include Group Vice President for External Communications at Hitachi Energy, where she led its launch on the market, combining ABB’s Power Grids business with Hitachi’s energy business; and Head of Global Communications for Pöyry (later, AFRY), and where her team’s work was recognised by Gartner for shaping high performance culture.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree (with Honors) in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan in the UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Rebecca has represented her country at taekwondo in the European championships, and today, enjoys running ultramarathons.

Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon
Vice President, Global Head of Market Development

Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon joined RepRisk in 2013 and is the VP, Global Head of Market Development. Over her tenure, she established RepRisk’s Commercial division, and now leads the global market development and sales teams.

Before joining RepRisk, Alexandra worked on the Global Sustainability Affairs team at Credit Suisse, focusing on environmental and social risk management, green business opportunities, corporate responsibility reporting, and employee engagement. Prior to this, she worked at the US headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, holding positions within brand marketing and business development.

Alexandra holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, with an exchange semester at the HEC Paris (École des hautes études commerciales de Paris), in France. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (honors) and a Certificate in International Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, USA, as well as a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Sergio Dias
Vice President, Global Head of Client Relationship Management
RepRisk

Sergio Dias joined RepRisk in 2020 and is responsible for managing the team of key account managers in order to deliver high-quality services to clients globally. He and his team establish long-term relationships with key clients and develop mutual growth opportunities.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Sergio worked as a Strategy & Origination Manager at Swiss Re, where he led several global growth initiatives and implemented market strategies around the world. Previously, he worked as a Client Manager and Business Originator at Rothschild Private Banking and Credit Suisse, working mainly with high-profile clients.

Sergio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and a professional football coaching certification – the UEFA A license.
